On the night of December 13, 1992 16-year-old Brandon Widener was driving around in his Chevy El Camino. Around 7 p.m. Brandon drover through the K-Mart parking lot in Chino Hills, California. This was where he was shot by an unknown person who was sitting in the passenger seat. Brandon left the vehicle and died at the entrance of the K-Mart.
The murderer then drove the vehicle away at a high speed. The vehicle was then abandoned in a residential area in Chino Hills and was found a few days later. His birthday was just days away on Christmas.
