Lime Lady *Identified* as Tamara Lee Tigard

On April 18, 1980, the body of  21-year-old Tamara Tigard was found on the bank of the Canadian River east of Jones, Oklahoma. She was naked at the time she was found. She was also mummified by quicklime. It was initially believed to she had been dead for months when it had been around a month.

She was last seen in Nevada in March 1980 taking a walk near her home in Las Vegas. She never returned home and was reported missing. Her missing person report was cleared due to a woman in Ohio stealing her identity.

It was found that she had been shot three times with a .45 caliber revolver. Evidence showed that she was clothed when she was shot because a dime in her pocket was hit by a bullet lodging itself inside her. Evidence was also shown that the killer was walking towards the front of the victim when shooting. After she was killed the murderer tried to cover their murder by covering her in quicklime. Instead of decomposing the body it mummified it because it was the wrong type of quicklime.

As a Jane Doe was described as a white woman between 18 and 25-years-old. She was around 5'7" and 115 lbs. She had light brown to blonde shoulder-length hair and her eye color is unknown. She has a Horizontal scar on the lower abdomen above the level of the pubic hair measuring 4cm by 1cm and a tattoo of a red heart and seems to have been professionally done. She had a freckled complexion.
