On the day of December 11, 1986, 11-year-old Brandi Peltz was sick and didn't go to school and was alone at her home on Old US 31, Couth of Argos, Indiana A passerby of her home noticed that it was on fire.
The 11-year-old was found in a full bathtub floating upsidedown. She had been sexually assaulted and strangled to death. The killer then left her body in the bathtub and started the second floor on fire.
