Murder of Victoria Ann Parent

Around 10:15 p.m. on the night of December 15, 2002, 18-year-old Victoria Parent arrived near her friends home in Richmond, Virginia. She parked her car on Floyd Ave. and planed to walk over to the house on Colonial Ave. She would never make it to her friends.

When she got out of the car she was seen exchanging words with her killer (an unknown black male). He tried to take her purse and they struggled over it. That was when shots were fired and Victoria was shot. She was taken to MCV, but unfortunately died a short time later.
