At 2:30 a.m.On October 7, 2006, a call to the Allentown, Pennsylvania police came in for a man down. They would arrive at a residence on the 00 block of South 10th St. Inside was the body of Josly "Grande" Peguero, who was supposed to leave on a flight to the Dominican Republic later that morning.
