Murder of Paul Anstutz
On the night of October 8, 1992, near 8:42 p.m. Paul Anstutz and his wife came back to their home at 2546 S. Glenwood Terrace in Springfield, Missouri. When they entered the home they interrupted a break-in. Paul confronted the man when he attempted to flee and was shot in the abdomen twice. The suspect would flee. Paul would die at the hospital.
