On Feb. 24, 1976, the remains of a young man were found in a wooded area off of I-77 in Brecksville, Ohio. It's believed he had been dead up to 6 months and the cause of death wasn't stated. One or both hands were unrecovered, it's not stated whether or not it was from animal activity. He was a white male between 17 and 26-years-old. He was around 5'10". He had medium to long length hair that had evidence of being bleached entirely or for highlights.
He was wearing a longsleeved shirt that was white, blue, yellow and beige/brown with a paisley pattern size 14 1/2", blue jeans size 30"x28 1/2" to 30", white jockey style underpants size 32. One blue and white canvas left tennis shoe brand North Star size 9-9 1/2. He also had a white metal ring with an inlaid pattern with turquoise and was stamped "Mexico" in it. He had two books of matches found in a shirt breast pocket; one book of matches was a political campaign book stating Kapper for Mayor in Akron, Ohio. According to Google Akron is about a 30-minute drive from Brecksville.
