April 17, 1993 El Paso County, Texas John Doe
On April 17, 1993, a man was found in an alley by a dumpster in El Paso County, Texas. He was a white male between 40 and 50 years old. He was 5'10" and 225 lbs. He had dirty blonde hair that was balding on the top and blue eyes. He had a tattoo on his right arm of either a W or E. He was wearing grey Levi brand polo shirt, and Levi brand jeans, clean white socks, white tennis shoes, and 25 cents in his pocket.
