April 15, 1997, Marshall County, Alabama John Doe

On April 15, 1997, around 11 a.m. a man was looking for a place to fish in Marshall County, Alabama. He stumbled upon the mummified remains of a man was found off of Eagle Point Road around 3 miles west of Arab and half a mile from the Morgan County line. The body was partially in the creek and was missing their head, hands, and feet. a rope was tied to his legs and he was mummified. His body is believed to have been dumped here and he wasn't murdered at the scene.

The body belonged to a white man between 19 and 34 years old. He was 5'9" and 120 lbs. He may have reddish or sandy colored hair as his body hair was that color. He was wearing a short-sleeved blue, grey, and green striped Faded Glory shirt, and 501 Levi Strauss jeans size 32 W-30L
