On April 28, 1985, the apartment manager at the 2181 NW Glisan St. apartments in Portland, Oregon checked in on one of his tenants. He discovered the body of 44-year-old Allan Joseph Bilyeu dead in his living room. It isn't stated how he died other than from homicidal violence the evening before.
It was said that Allan was a heavy drinker that frequented gay bars. He was last seen with a white man around 5'10" with dark brown hair, an unshaven face, and a cowboy hat.
