Disappearance of Michael Lee "Zappa" Pickering
On April 16, 1971, 20-year-old Michael Lee Pickering told his family he was going to hitchhike from Victorville, California to San Fransisco. He said he would be back home in a few days. He never came back home and was never heard from again.
He was a white male and 20-years-old at the time. He also went by the nickname Zappa. He was 6'0" and around 130 lbs to 140 lbs. He has blonde or strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. He had a deformed right ear.
